Parental Supervision Policy

Our club is not a DROP AND GO club!!!!

A parent or Guardian (over the age of 18) is required to stay within the grounds for the entirety of the event/events in which their child/children are participating from Tiny Tots to U11. If, for any reason you need to leave the grounds then your child/children must leave with you. If a parent or guardian is not in attendance, then the athlete WILL NOT be able to participate and their parents will be contacted.

Alternatively, you can inform a trusted friend/family member who is at the grounds that you are leaving. This person then takes responsibility for your child.

It is extremely important that you be contactable at all times during the centre competition. Sometimes it can be expected that the competition finishes earlier than scheduled, and for this reason it is important that you remain at the grounds so your child/children know where to find you. Parents are encouraged to volunteer at an activity during the centre meet.
