Our season runs from September 2019 through to March 2020. Competitions are held on Saturday afternoons at Kenmore State High School from 3:00pm until approx. 5:30pm.

Our club, along with many other little athletics clubs across Australia, were lucky enough to receive a grant from Coles for $3300. We have used this money to purchase new high jump measuring poles and more sand for our long jump pits. Funds for the grants were raised through the sale of specially-marked chiller bags designed by Aussie kids. For every bag sold, 25 cents was directed to the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund to provide sport equipment grants. THANK YOU COLES!!!

Kenmore Little Athletics was successful in receiving a grant from the LNP’s Stronger Communities Grants Program.
This grant money was used to add an extension to the existing roof outside the clubhouse. This has been a much needed shade area and we are really excited to beat the heat for the remainder of the season. Thank you Julian Simmonds and team!

Round 1 of Fair Play Vouchers are now open.
Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child or young person, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with registered Activity Providers.
There is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year. If a child received a voucher in Round 13 of Get Started Vouchers (February 2019) they will not be eligible for another voucher until Round 2 of FairPlay vouchers in 2020.

To celebrate a nearly 40 year partnership with Little Athletics Queensland, McDonalds announced a $25 000 Equipment Grant in early 2019. Kenmore Little Athletics was one of the lucky recipients of this grant. As a club we were able to purchase 3 throws trolleys for discus, shot put and javelin. They will be put to great use within our club. We are extremely grateful to McDonalds.
